Beale Street Landing

251 Riverside Dr.
Memphis, TN 38103

Memphis has easier access to the Mississippi River with its newest port of call, Beale Street Landing located at the foot of Beale Street in Downtown Memphis. The landing serves as a welcoming pad for all those traveling by river and serves as home to the American Queen Steamboat Company. The American Queen travels the Mississippi giving her guests an up close and personal view of life along the river.

Connected to Tom Lee Park, Beale Street landing continues the look and feel of a park with its grass roof and open areas for picnicking, leisure activities, areas for table games – and for the kids, a splash pad and playground area (can you say giant catfish?). Kids can turn on the water in the splash pad by pushing a button with their foot, causing water to shoot from the tops of large metal cylinders designed to look like reeds.

Next to the park is another small island with gardens, seating areas and free wifi. The area is designed for guests to sit and watch riverboats and barges.
