Memphis Tourism builds the local economy and the community's positive image through tourism and convention development, major events and destination marketing. We are the official marketing and tourism organization for Memphis and Shelby County.
Memphis Management Group (MMG) is a wholly owned, limited liability corporation, not-for-profit, subsidiary of Memphis Tourism. Memphis Tourism is a not-for-profit organization that was formed in 1978 to serve as the destination marketing organization for the City of Memphis and Shelby County.

VISITOR CEnter Counsler (Part-Time)
Visitor Center Counselors provide tourist information to visitors of Memphis/Shelby County while promoting Memphis Tourism Partners. This part-time position informs visitors about the area’s amenities (attractions, hotels, restaurants, shopping and unique venues, etc.), which helps generate revenue for Memphis & Shelby County.

National Sales Manager (South-Atlantic Region)
The National Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling to groups in the South-Atlantic Region by targeting meetings and conventions that are classified as Association/Corporate, Dance/Cheer/Camps, Heritage/Patriotic/Veterans Reunions, Retail/Merchandise and Restaurant/Foodservice. This position generates awareness through maintaining relationships with hospitality industry providers and partners to enhance the economic impact proactively and continually through convention and meeting group sales.
