In a groundbreaking move, Memphis is now home to what may be its first Puerto Rican coffee club and cultural pop-up café: Roxy's Cocina Nuyorican Café. Founded by Nuyorican entrepreneur Linnet Caban and named after her mother Roxana, the coffee club café blends traditional Puerto Rican hospitality with a bold new community vision. More than just a place to grab a pastelillo or cup of café con leche,  Roxy's Cocina Coffee Club serves as a gathering place for cultural exchange, storytelling, and healing. Stay tuned as Roxy's prepares to open its doors with pop-up events this summer, bringing Boricua and Afro-Caribbean flavor to the heart of the South.
