B.B. King 100th Birthday Celebration – Free Outdoor Festival

A free, all-ages music festival is taking over historic Beale Street in front of B.B. King’s Blues Club!

Celebrate the 100th birthday of the king of blues, B.B. King with a free, all-ages music festival on Beale Street outside his namesake club. A cornerstone of Memphis music history, B.B. King helped shape the sound of American blues—and this event honors his lasting legacy in the city he called home.

Enjoy live performances by Kingfish, MonoNeon, the Whitehaven High School Marching Band, Grizzline Drumline, and the Beale Street Flippers. Family-friendly fun includes face painting, balloon twisting, and glitter tattoos. Food and drinks available for purchase outside or inside B.B. King’s Blues Club.
