Get tools, techniques, and insights to make you a better marketer at Industry Standard, a creative summit hosted by AAF Memphis. On Friday, June 13, you’re welcome to join a one-day event calibrated to unite the local marketing community and inspire innovation.

The inaugural event’s theme is Powered by Perspective. Those perspectives come from local leaders and marketing powerhouses — bringing you valuable takes on strategy, creative, and improving your connection with the Memphis market.

The day will start with coffee and networking. The morning will feature four speakers sharing insights on marketing strategy. Lunch is provided. The afternoon will focus on creative strategy. The event will end with a happy hour. 

Marketing Speakers:

  • Shannon Briggs, Founder & Head Trailblazer at Campfire Collective.
  • Milton Howery III, VP Marketing, Communications & Events for the Downtown Memphis Commission.
  • Penelope Huston, Chief Communications Officer for the City of Memphis.
  • David French, CMO for Memphis Brand.

Creative Speakers:

  • Shannon McCready, Sr. Design Manager, Extensibility and Developer Platforms for Adobe.
  • James Dukes, Producer, Founder & CEO at UNAPOLOGETIC.
  • Dan Price and Chris Porter, Principals at Baby Grand.
  • Amanda Dent, Creative Director at Archer.

Tickets are $120 for AAF Members, $140 for Non-AAF members, and $80 for students. Tickets include coffee and bagels, lunch, and a closing Happy Hour where you can network with other local marketing professionals.
