The India Association of Memphis is rolling out the red carpet with a celebration of Indian cinema and culture - right here at Agricenter, Memphis. 59th Annual Bandmasters Championship, Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium, 1 p.m., $25-$30
The Bandmasters Championship was established to offer Memphis and the Mid-South region a premier scholastic marching band competition. Primarily an educational event, the Bandmasters Championship reflects the Alumni's belief in the significant positive influence of marching band activities on young people. Recognizing the diverse impacts on today's youth, the Alumni are committed to enhancing the marching band experience. This competition is designed to make marching band more enjoyable, exciting, and rewarding, while encouraging students to remain engaged through high school and beyond.

Crosstown Arts Presents: She’Chinah, Crosstown Arts Green Room, 7:30 p.m. - 10 p.m., $20-$25
After years of captivating stages in Los Angeles and beyond, She’Chinah returns to Memphis for a special one-night performance at The Green Room on Saturday, November 1st.
Her last show at this venue in 2022 came within one ticket of selling out—and this time, we expect nothing less than a packed house. This event is more than a concert. The Festival is presented by the Japan-America Society of Tennessee and will be held outdoors, rain or shine at Memphis Botanic Garden. Festival highlights include traditional and contemporary Japanese music and dance, martial arts demonstrations, cultural lectures, arts & crafts, merchandise, children’s activities, sumo-suit wrestling, a roving Japanese Candyman, tours of the Japanese garden and a variety of Japanese cuisine featuring special menus from local restaurants and food trucks..
1st Sunday Jazz Jam Pop Up Series honoring W.C. Handy, Center for Southern Folklore, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m., $25

901 Wrestling returns to Minglewood Hall with the 901 Wrestling Classic Finals presented by Christmaspalooza! Scheduled to appear: 901 Wrestling champ Kevin Bless, 1819 champion Walker XIII, 901 tag team champs Gentlemen's Club, The Merc Chris Evans, M J Davis, Don Montana, Ken Dang, Prince Adonis, Dorian Vain and more TBA.
