Indoor Pickleball with Jerry, Kroc Center of Memphis, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m., free for Kroc members, $10/community members

Give thanks and level up your game! Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon at our Post-Thanksgiving Pickleball with Jerry, led by Jerry Glass: champion of their National Pickleball Day Tournament and one of the Kroc’s top players.

Brews & Blues Bar Crawl, Beale Street, multiple time slots, $15

Neon lights, music spilling out of every door, and people from all walks of life having a great time in this rockin city... that's what you can expect on this Memphis Bar Crawl! Venture to four different bars on famous Beale Street, as you discover firsthand the party that's been happening here since the Roaring 20s. Each person will have an interactive role and will receive texted photo challenges and fun activities to enjoy with the rest of the group. Earn points for the best photos!

Almost Elton John & The Rocketmen, Nashoba Collierville, 8 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., $10

Your favorite band is headed back to the Nashoba stage. Nashoba is your go-to sport for premium sports viewing and weekly live music performances featuring talented artists and a state-of-the-art sound system, an in-house audio engineer, 400 square ft. of stage space, and a venue large enough to host up to 300 guests. Nashoba is proud to be Collierville’s newest premium gathering spot.

Small Business Saturday

Small Business Saturday in Memphis shines a spotlight on the local makers, eateries, and entrepreneurs who give the city its unique culture and heartbeat. Supporting these businesses not only strengthens the local economy, it helps preserve the authentic soul of Memphis. Here are a few events happening around the city to get you started: 

Dive-In Movie: Elio, Hickory Hill Community Center, 9:30 a.m. - Noon, free to attend

The Memphis Parks Aquatics Department is hosting a Dive-In Movie Experience! Join us at Hickory Hill Community Center for a FREE showing of Elio. Proper swim attire is required to enter the pool. Inflatable floats and deck seating will be available to enjoy the movie. Snacks will be provided.

Paper Snowflakes, Brooks Museum, 10 a.m. - Noon, free to attend

It’s a “snow day” at this week’s Super Saturday! This week we’ll learn about radial symmetry and make our own paper snowflakes to create a winter wonderland! Once you’re in the holiday spirit, enjoy the museum’s annual Starry Bazaar and find the perfect gifts for all your favorite people.

My Story’s Song, Benjamin L. Hooks Library, 11 a.m. - Noon, free to attend

Come to this special story time with a musical heart! Each week will include a different musician who has written a song based on a favorite childhood book. In the middle of a regular story time they'll read the musician's chosen story and hear the song they wrote about it! What a great way to mix books and music.

Stargazing, Beale Street Landing, 4 p.m. - 7 p.m., free to attend

Sit back, relax and take in the magic of the night sky with sweeping rooftop views over the mighty Mississippi. Join Memphis Astronomical Society for an unforgettable evening of celestial exploration on top of Beale Street Landing.

Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas ft. The Memphis Symphony Orchestra, Graceland Soundstage, 6 p.m., $55-$130

Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas is a celebration of the holiday spirit no home should be without! Why is the Grinch such a grouch? No one seems to know, until little Cindy Lou Who takes matters into her own hands and turns both Whoville and the Grinch’s world upside down, inside out and funny side up in her search for the true meaning of Christmas.

“Shake It Up!” Mixology Classes, Feast & Graze, 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., $55

Feast & Graze and HighP Hour Wellness teamed up to bring you an unforgettable cocktail experience.This interactive event includes an expert-led cocktail making session, 3 handcrafted cocktails to enjoy, Individual Graze boxes, games, prizes & good vibes! Perfect for enthusiasts of all levels, this class combines fun and education in a lively setting.

Tri-State Symphony Full Orchestra, Cannon Center, 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., $42-$60

The Tri-State Symphony Full Orchestra, led by Dr. Ollie Liddell, takes the Cannon Center stage to honor the timeless music of legends including Natalie Cole, Roberta Flack, Pattie Labelle, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Johnnie Taylor, Bobby Womack, Teddy Pendergrass, and more. Featuring powerhouse voices EJ Jones, Karen Brown, and Chick Rogers, this one-night performance blends the grandeur of a full orchestra with the heart of soul music. Guests are encouraged to join in the spirit of the evening by wearing Shades of Blue attire.

Friendsgiving Comedy Show, Shaunee’s, 8 p.m., $20-$25

Hosted by veteran comedian Rob Love, the show features an incredible lineup of comedic talent including Playwright/Comedian Basial Basial (The Dinner and The Dinner 2), Actress/Comedian Lotus B, known for her roles in films on Starz and Hulu, and national headliner Ron G., an Emmy Award–winning comedian, recognized for his viral Laugh Factory performances and his role as Lewis on Nickelodeon’s show Cousins for Life. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the show begins at 8:00 p.m. Shaunee’s, located next to A&R Barbecue, offers a full menu, allowing guests to enjoy dinner before or during the show.

Flyway Comedy Club's Friendsgiving Showcase featuring Reggie Junior, Flyway Brewing Co., 8 p.m. - 9:45 p.m., $10-$15

Flyway Comedy Club showcases the funniest touring and local underground comedians we can find to Memphis audiences the last Saturday of every month, and this month's show is extra special, featuring an entire lineup of comedians who used to live in Memphis and are now doing big things elsewhere and happen to all be back in town for Thanksgiving. Because of the nature of this show, more comics will be added to the lineup, but for now, it includes nationally touring headliner Reggie Jr, Tylon Monger (Zanies Nashville), and Andrew Ledbetter (regular at Comedy Catch, Laughing Skull), but expect more of our favorites

Holiday Hangover: The Last Pour, Docks off 5th, 3 p.m. - 7 p.m., $13

This is your final toast to the holiday weekend. DJ Lola curating the vibes! Don’t waste it on the couch. The holiday weekend isn’t over — not until we shut it down the right way. Head to Docks Off 5th for a sexy, stylish Sunday day party with DJ Lola curating the vibes that keep the energy high and the cameras rolling. Delicious food flowing, cocktails elevated, and a mature crowd that's dressed to impress.

Souled Out Sunday, Otherlands Coffee Bar, 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., donations welcome

Souled Out Sunday is back at Otherlands, a night where community, creativity, and soul come together. Take the mic with poetry, music, or stories. Shop vintage clothing and hand-made jewelry from local favorites, and enjoy coffee, beer, and delicious eats. The event is donation-based to help keep it going, so contribute if you’re able.

Nurse Blake- But Did You Die? Comedy Tour, Minglewood Hall, 7 p.m., $33-$53

This show promises a hilarious and irreverent look at life in healthcare — with Nurse Blake riffing on wild childhoods, call‑lights gone rogue, and patients that swear they're allergic to water.

Rushadicus the Cello Goblin, Hi Tone, 7 p.m., 10 p.m., $10-$15, 18+

Rushadicus the infamous Cello Goblin from the land of Sneth jicks forth with his immersive, experimental - cello and kazoo fueled - performance art extravaganza. An evening of cello metal, masterful goblin tricks, virtuosic multi-instrumental feats, and chaotic merriment.
