4th of July Celebrations

Pack a picnic and sunscreen, head to a local park with your household, or join in one of the Memphis area’s Independence Day celebrations. 

2nd Annual High Point Pub Fish Fry, High Point Pub, 11 a.m., free to attend, donations welcome

After the neighborhood 4th of July parade, head to High Point Pub for some yummy eats. This is a complimentary event but all donations benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

BassTopia with DreamLake, Havenhaus, 9 p.m., $10, 18+

BassTopia is taking over Havenhaus on Friday, July 4th for a night of nonstop bass and high-energy vibes. This stacked lineup features DreamLake, Delyrius, Lost Cypher, Blazebunny, and LyeLack bringing the heat.

THINGS TO DO ON SATURDAY

Like Really Creative Saturday Artist Walking Group, Overton Park, 9 a.m., free to attend, suggested $5 donation

Join fellow creatives for a 45-minute guided walk through Overton Park. These meetups feature simple observation exercises, casual conversation, and a refreshing way to spark your creativity and start your weekend inspired.

A Sinners Brunch, Art House Cafe, Noon - 3 p.m., $17, 21+

Join Tim Green for an afternoon where delicious food meets lively conversation and good vibes. We'll kick things off with some fun trivia all about the movie Sinners, and you'll find conversation starters around the venue to spark discussions about the film. Indulge in Art House Cafe's Juneteenth: Part 2 food specials, sip on expertly crafted drinks from our bartender, and groove to the sounds of our live DJ. Once the discussions wind down, the party heats up and the music turns all the way up!

Kids Entrepreneur Fair, Memphis Public Library - Raleigh Branch, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m., free to attend

Support Memphis' brightest young entrepreneurs when they showcase their businesses at the Library’s Kids Entrepreneur Fair!

The Sundress Soiree, Beale Street Landing, 6 p.m. - 10 p.m., $40, 25+

Dress to impress and bask in the sunset glow overlooking the Mississippi River as we bring together vibrant energy, fashion, and good vibes. Gather your friends, grab your best summer look, and get ready for an unforgettable evening of music, mingling, and sunset moments.

Parking Lot Party, Hard Times Deli, 6 p.m. - 10 p.m., free to attend

This is not your average party! Hard Times Deli will be serving up Crusty Bois, Slaw Dawgs, and hamburgers with all the fixin's. Music by DJ Bizale Bluebland, limited edition merch will be for sale, and a whole lot of fun will be had!

Rings Three Ways by Brandy Boyd, Memphis Botanic Garden, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., $80
