EVENT SPACE includes: common areas inside and outside the house (foyer, powder room, parlor, dining room, breakfast room, front porch, and West side lawn & fountain courtyard). Floor plan available upon request. Kitchen access and use provided to insured/approved caterers. Small and large event rental packages available. Accommodates up to 125 guests (over 75-100 requires use of outside space, especially if parlor is being turned from one setting to another during event. One or more sleeping rooms are included in large event rental rates and available for purchase at a discounted rate with others, as available. Overnight guests enjoy free wifi, private gated parking and a 3-course gourmet breakfast.
