Personally, I believe sunsets in colder months are one of the most beautiful settings. You can still enjoy the views of the water at Shelby Farms Park as you sit on their cozy, heated patio. The sun sets a little after 5 p.m., so I recommend you make reservations for 4:30 p.m. to fully enjoy the breathtaking views.
