Join instructors from mind/body HAUS in the beautiful Formal Gardens at Overton Park for free yoga sessions presented by Overton Park Conservancy. These gentle flow classes are open to all levels and are designed to deepen the connection between body and mind through mindful movement.
Please note classes are from 8:15 - 9:15 AM
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our sessions focus on accessible, safe, and grounding practices for everyone.
The formal gardens are located north of the Overton Park Shell and just west of Veterans Plaza and the Doughboy statue.
