LifeTime Collierville is hosting its annual Summer Solstice Yoga Festival on Friday, June 20, featuring a full day of unique yoga experiences open to all levels. The schedule includes 108 Sun Salutations at 6:00 AM (outdoor pool deck), Ashtanga 75 at 8:30 AM, Root to Surrender at 11:00 AM, Aqua Yoga at 3:00 PM (indoor pool), Silent Disco Flow at 5:30 PM ($25), and Floating Yoga Nidra with Sound Bowls from 7:00–9:00 PM ($35). All classes except the two ticketed sessions are free for LifeTime members. Guests can register through the LifeTime app. We would love to be featured on your event calendar! In addition, we would love to offer some guest passes to your team to attend any portion of the event.
