An Evening of Purpose: 2026 Soirée for Kidneys to Honor Memphis Leaders
On March 14, 2026, the Memphis Botanic Garden will host an evening where elegance meets impact.
The National Kidney Foundation Serving Tennessee’s Soirée for Kidneys will spotlight three powerful local stories, including a transplant recipient who has lived 47 years with the same kidney, a respected Memphis leader who faced her own transplant journey, and a father who survived years of dialysis before receiving a life-saving transplant.
Chronic kidney disease affects 1 in 7 adults, yet most don’t know they have it. This year’s Soirée aims to bring those stories into the light through a moving mission moment and an exciting live auction of curated experiences.
This year’s honorees reflect both leadership and resilience:
- Beverly Robertson, recipient of the NKF Transplant Leadership & Impact Award, is recognized for navigating her own kidney transplant journey while continuing to lead in executive roles across Memphis.
- Thomas Garrison, recipient of the NKF Legacy of Life Kidney Transplant Award, has lived 47 years with the same transplanted kidney , a rare and remarkable milestone.
- Quiley Cox, recipient of the NKF NKF Supporter Award is honored for his transplant journey and long-standing commitment to kidney health advocacy.
More than a gala, the Soirée is a reminder that kidney health and heart health are deeply connected and that awareness saves lives.
Tickets and sponsorships are available at kidney.org/soiree26.
