After 47 years on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi, the Metal Museum is putting down roots in the heart of Midtown, and you're invited to be there for day one. Join us Friday, September 4 & Saturday, September 5 as the museum debuts its new home inside the historic Rust Hall in Overton Park. Grand Opening Weekend brings inaugural exhibitions tracing the museum's journey from the river bluff to the park, live metalworking demonstrations, hands-on activities for all ages, entertainment, and more.
