Join us on Thursday, October 30, for a wine dinner with Tom Gannon, Advanced Sommelier for Spire Collection Wines. A longtime friend of Enjoy AM Restaurant Group and mentor to Ryan Radish, Tom brings both expertise and warmth to the table for a night of exceptional wines and conversation. Highlights include Champagne, hidden gems from California, and Italian selections from the Spire portfolio. We will also be partnering with Great Wines & Spirits (@greatwinesmemphis), another wonderful resource who will be available for any of your retail needs throughout the evening.
A welcome glass will be served at 6:00 PM, with dinner beginning at 6:30 PM. The evening features four courses from @amitaliancooks, each paired with wines from Spire and finished with a sweet bite.
