Memphis Out of the Darkness Walk

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is the number 1 funder of suicide prevention research in the country. We also provide free suicide prevention trainings and survivor support across the state. Every year, we host our Out of the Darkness walks to bring together survivors and the local community to raise money and awareness in support of suicide prevention. The event includes a community wellness fair, food trucks, family-friendly activities, performances, and, of course, the walk. The walk is free to attend and appropriate for all ages.
