Our Stories Matter Laps-for-Literacy is a fundraiser hosted by Black Children’s Books and Authors, a Memphis nonprofit. BCBA’s mission is to promote awareness of children’s and young adult literature by Black authors. Proceeds from the walk will benefit our Books-to-You (BTY)📚program. BTY seeks to provide free books by Black authors to children in the community.
