Heirloom House Grand Opening in Midtown Memphis: Join Us August 7 at Our New Home on Central!

Memphis, TN – Heirloom House is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its brand-new location at 2129 Central Avenue on Thursday, August 7th, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. This festive evening coincides with Cooper Young’s First Thursdays, and we can’t wait to welcome our community into this exciting new chapter.

Founded by artist and muralist Dorothy Collier and Southern lifestyle tastemaker Alice Kerley, Heirloom House is a creative, curated boutique and gallery that celebrates vintage charm, colorful maximalism, and inspired Southern living. What started as a pop-up quickly became a local sensation because shoppers kept asking for more. Now, Heirloom House has found its forever home in Midtown Memphis.

With this larger space, we’re able to offer an even more immersive experience. Find vintage furniture and statement home décor to chinoiserie, vintage clothing and jewelry.  Thoughtful gift items & everything else in the shop is hand-selected to help you live beautifully and host like a pro. Whether you’re hunting for that perfect brass candlestick, a whimsical hostess gift, or your new favorite needlepoint pillow, Heirloom House is a destination for all things lovely, layered and one of a kind.

We’re also proud to expand our gallery and event space, which we like to think of as Midtown’s most stylish living room. If you’ve been wanting to gather your girlfriends but don’t want to clean the house, our event space is open for workshops, book clubs, private shopping nights, and intimate parties.  Hosting community events is already in full swing. We’ve welcomed needlepoint classes with Stitchers Memphis and are thrilled about upcoming workshops with Texas based Hibiscus Linens on August 22nd. The BURU Bus and Janie Bee Jems’ Charm Bar will also be popping up at Heirloom House on August 20th from 11am - 3pm. 

Heirloom House’s grand opening marks the launch of our first gallery show: Southern Blooms.  A vibrant exhibition featuring 13 Southern female artists whose floral works celebrate joy, color and creativity.
