Forged with Love: Eternal Copper Roses for Valentine's Day

Join us to make a bouquet of copper roses for your loved one in preparation for Valentine’s Day! You’ll forge stems from mild steel and form pre-cut copper petals to create each rose, using cold forming techniques to manipulate the metal. Students will also use the oxyacetylene torch to give one of your roses a red patina by heating and quenching the metal, making a lovely red rose for your bouquet. This is a great class to take with a partner, and these roses will last a lifetime!
