Autumn Alchemy (21+)

Embrace the warmth of fall in this 21+, hands-on workshop where we blend the art of mixology with the seasonal flavors of autumn botanicals. In this class, you will craft three signature cocktails using Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Suze French Aperitif, and Waymar selected premium gin. While learning new recipes, your instructor will lead you through tales of history and the science on why these ingredients mix to make the perfect libation. End class off with a gin and tonic bar with a prepared selection of botanical mix-ins for the perfect afternoon activity.  

Your instructor, Hunter Coleman, is bar manager at Bari Ristoranti, Director of Mixology and Product Development at Waymar Gin House, and was voted best bartender in Memphis by Memphis Magazine. Find more of his work on Instagram @bacchus_at_bari.

Each ticket includes your ingredients for three signature cocktails, instruction by your mixologist Hunter Coleman, and a take home guide to recreate your beverages. Please have a valid ID ready upon arrival to the Garden.
