Take Yourself Out to the Ball Game with the Memphis Redbirds

The 2025 Memphis Redbirds season is nearly here! While we await the season (first home game is April 1), let's take a look at some of the fun promotions and giveaways the Redbirds are running this  year at the ballpark.

It's easy to forget that you're in the middle of a city during a Redbird's game. The stadium is breezy and quiet, the food is awesome (they have barbecue nachos!), and relatively inexpensive with in-field tickets starting at $18. The stadium is almost like a park that happens to have a huge baseball diamond.

Memphis Redbirds 2025 Season + Promotions

The Redbirds 2025 home games start on Tuesday, April 1. After that, the Birds play at home several times almost every week until September. Check out the full season schedule here.

If you need more reasons to go, know that the Redbirds regularly have special promotions and giveaways during home games making MiLB truly the best.

Here are just a few of the ones scheduled for this season:

Saturday Postgame Fireworks: Fireworks at the end of every Saturday home game from May 17 to August 23 plus Independence Day weekend!

Ice Cream Sundays: All kids 12 and under will receive a free ice cream from Prairie Farms Ice Cream for all Sunday 1:05 p.m. home games, After the game, all kids can run the bases just like the pros. They'll also host Sunday brunch in the Coors Light Chill Zone.

Bark in the Park: Bring your pup to the park (my favorite Redbirds tradition). Upcoming dates are April 5, April 19, and May 3.

Check out all the scheduled giveaways here too.

Hello! I'm Jalyn Souchek, the Director of Content for I Love Memphis Blog! I love calling the 901 home. When I'm not running the blog you can find me cheering on the Grizzlies, at a concert, exploring a new restaurant or kicking back at one of our breweries. I hope you'll love experiencing Memphis with me.

Build your perfect Memphis meal:

I love to eat so if I were to have only one meal left.. I’m going all out. I’d start with an app of Gumbo Fries from Blue City Cafe or Bayou Fries from Chef Tam, wings from Good Fortune or Central’s (honey gold and Jamaican Jerk), potato salad from Fat Larry’s, side of bbq spaghetti from Bar-B-Q Shop, and fried okra from Soul Fish. All paired with a Beale Street Brewing Space Age Sippin’.

Your most memorable Memphis moment:

College GameDay on Beale Street. That was an electric and perfect morning. I was still working in news then and was able to take it in up close and on the stage at some points. The fun and joy of everyone down there that morning is unbeatable.
