FRIENDS OF GEORGE’S 

​A community theater organization comprised of volunteers whose vision is to create alternative performances for the LGBT community. Follow their Facebook page for upcoming performances.

OUTLOUD COMEDY SHOWCASE 

See local stand up comics or try your hand during the open mic session on Friday nights at 9 p.m. hosted by the Memphis Gay and Lesbian Community Center. The MGLCC is a smoke and alcohol free environment and is restricted to those 18 years of age and up unless accompanied by an adult. A donation of five dollars is suggested. CLUB SPECTRUM 

If you want to dance the night away, Club Spectrum has been a staple of Memphis LGBT nightlife since opening in 2010. Located between Downtown and Midtown, Spectrum boasts two large dancefloors and is host to the best Drag Show in Memphis.

DRU’S BAR

Dru’s Bar in Midtown prides themselves on their friendly atmosphere. So sit back grab a PBR and pick out a song on the jukebox, or grabe a few more as liquid courage to get on stage for karaoke. Check their schedule for Drag Shows, comedy shows, and other events. 

THE PUMPING STATION

Located in the heart of the up and coming Crosstown neighborhood, the Pumping Station has been open since 2001. Get your leather out because Wednesday night is Leather Kilt, Kink, And More (or Less!).  Not only does the Pumping Station have fun special events, they also make sure to give back with community funrasiers.  Check out their website and Facebook for all their upcoming events.

Out Memphis is a community center and one of the largest resource providers for the Memphis LGBT community.

Choices Memphis Center for Reproductive Health has specific health services for the LGBT community.

Planned Parenthood offers LGBT services to the Greater Memphis Area. They are also open on Saturdays. You can book an appointment directly on their website.
