The Withers Collection Museum and Gallery offers a glimpse into 60 years of American history through the eyes of renowned photographer and historian Dr. Ernest C. Withers. From the pre-civil rights era of the Emmitt Till trial, to the history of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., legends of the Beale Street blues, soul and R&B music era, to the founding of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Museum and Gallery is a mecca for historians, artists, diplomats and individuals who recognize documented history at its highest level. 

Located at 333 Beale Street, Ernest Withers' last operating studio, The Withers Collection Museum and Gallery has over 7,000 square feet dedicated to the preservation of Ernest Withers' legacy. Visit the Gallery, Music Room, and Studio Lounge to have a one of a kind look into Memphis' past.
