Serious Eats: Southern Cooking Class at the Viking Cooking School

Culinary tourism has taken off in the past decade. Many destinations now offer food and wine related tours and classes, such as wine tastings and vineyard tours, manufacturer tours of popular regional food staples and farm to table experiences.
