Pet Friendly Breweries

If you want a taste of Memphis' unique craft beer scene, you and your pup are in luck. Most of our local breweries are dog-friendly.

Hammer & Ale

Located in the city’s hip Cooper-Young District, Hammer & Ale specializes in a carefully curated selection of craft beer and a menu of light, shareable food menu designed to complement their beverage selection. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area.

High Cotton

The taproom at High Cotton Brewing Co., located in the Edge District and just a few doors down from the legendary Sun Studio, maintains a rotating queue of 7-10 craft brews, is known for being super dog-friendly, and has one of the most adorable Instagram accounts in town: @drunkdogsathighcotton.

Memphis Made Brewing Company

This local brewery and taproom permit dogs on the patio off of York Avenue and in the outdoor lot that’s home to the iconic I Love Memphis mural, so you can snap an Instagrammable memento with your canine pal while you enjoy a tasty Memphis-made beer.

Wiseacre Taproom

Located in the Broad Avenue Arts District, Wiseacre Brewing serves some of the finest Memphis craft beer. Tiny Bomb was named one of the 101 best beers in America by Men's Journal, and the brewery’s great backyard patio is perfect for lounging with your pup. This one is particularly popular with dog owners in town, so expect to meet plenty of other leashed, friendly dogs on your visit.
