Hog & Hominy

707 W. Brookhaven Cir.
Memphis, TN 38117

The combination of Italian and southern cooking may seem a little strange at first, but when you see what Hog & Hominy does with a brick oven, southern cooking and pork, you'll fall in love at first sight. You can expect great plates of seafood, Italian specialties and southern favorites including meatballs, buffalo pig tails, oysters, and pizzas cooked in brick ovens. Hang around for dessert. They have everything from gelato to peanut butter pie.

Chefs Andrew Ticer and Michael Hudman want this eatery to be laid-back and casual. Don't worry about calling ahead because you won't need a reservation. Just step up and write your name on the chalk board (if there's a wait) and make yourself at home. The restaurant is more than just an eatery. People gather for drinks and a lively game of bocce ball - yes, there is a course at the restaurant.
