We'll explore Thich Nhat Hanh's profound teachings on:

  • Mala Meditation Practice

Learn to use this ancient tool for:

- Focused breath awareness using the traditional 108 beads

- Different mantras and their meanings

- Grounding techniques using mala beads

- Various holding and counting techniques

- Building concentration through repetitive motion

- Incorporating sacred pauses in practice

  • Mindful Journaling Practice

Engage in structured reflection through:

- Guided writing prompts based on weekly readings

- Emotional awareness exercises

- Gratitude practice

- Integration of daily life experiences

- Mala necklace (some will be available to borrow)

- Comfortable clothing that allows you to sit easily

- Meditation cushion or preferred seating support

- Light blanket or shawl

- Any additional items that support your comfort while sitting

- Water bottle

Thursday 6:30-7:30pm every other week Feb 20- April 3rd

Saturday 11:30-12:30pm every other week Mar 1- April 12th

- Duration: 60 minutes

- Doors open: 15 mins before class starts - Doors close: at start time (strict policy - no entry after doors close)

Libby Campo, founder of Your Inner Yogi, brings over 10 years of meditation experience and teaching to create a welcoming space for all practitioners. Their approach emphasizes accessibility, personal exploration, and the integration of mindfulness into everyday life.
