Join us for a whiskey pairing dinner hosted by our fearless leader DJ Naylor and our new, crazy talented head chef Reny Alfonso! Reny's culinary repertoire includes time spent at several notable restaurants across the Eastern part of the United States - from South Florida to New York City. With three rare whiskeys carefully selected by DJ, paired with a three-course menu thoughtfully created by Reny, you're sure to have a wonderful evening at the pub.

The pairings for the evening are:
- Glendronach 12 year old Highland Single Malt from Aberdeenshire, Scotland paired with piquillo peppers stuffed with ground pork, almonds and dried fruits topped with spiced walnut sherry cream
- Clonakilty Irish Whiskey Bordeaux Cask Finish paired with Free Range Chicken Stew that features roasted root vegetables, mushrooms, pearl onions, bacon, parsnip-potato puree and cream sauce
- Stranahans Single Malt Whiskey Colorado USA paired with a Banana Cream Crème Brûlêe Donut
