Blues for the Blue Crawfish & Blues Festival

Join us for the first annual Blues for the Blue Crawfish & Blues Festival on Saturday, April 29th!

Support local law enforcement as well as create memories with friends, family, and co-workers! Blues For the Blue will be filled with live music, drinks, good eats, and more. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Southaven Police Department's Benevolence Foundation. Individual wristbands are available for purchase as well as all sponsorships include wristbands to the Blues & Crawfish Festival on April 29, 2023. Each wristband includes all-you-can-eat crawfish and 4 drink tickets.

*This is a 21 and over the event and you must have a wristband to enjoy this event! 

In addition to the blues & crawfish festival, we also have a free event for the kids!
Our Touch-A-Truck event will be on April 29th from 11 am – 1 pm.

Bring the kids for an afternoon of touching, climbing, and exploring everything from police cars to ambulances, firetrucks, and more!

All proceeds from the Blues for the Blue Crawfish & Blues Festival benefit the Southaven Police Department and go toward their Benevolence Foundation.

The Southaven Police Department’s Benevolence Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that has been established to support first responders and their families who are in distress or harm’s way. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors made up of members of the Southaven Police Department’s Command staff. The Foundation serves any first responders in need in the State of Mississippi and surrounding areas.

The Benevolence Foundation, the first of its kind in the State of Mississippi, is not only supporting officers in need but is enabling the Southaven Police Department to be noticed as a leader throughout the State of Mississippi. In being considered a leader in the state's police force, an agency that is forging the way, the Southaven Police Department is able to recruit, retain, hire, and train at the highest level—all factors in making Southaven even more of a desirable city to "Live, Work, Play." Community support through events such as Blues For the Blue in turn directly supports, protects, and advances our community, businesses, and schools making this an event to be considered as an investment in the future of Southaven for years to come.
