The National Civil Rights Museum has joined forces with several destinations around the country to commemorate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. during the year leading up to April 4, 2018: the 50th anniversary of Dr. King's assassination at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, TN. The Bluff City's role in civil and human rights is riddled with pain, triumph, resilience and authenticity.
