Q. How do I purchase tickets to an event?
A. Tickets can be purchased online, by phone or at the Cannon Center Box Office. We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard. Click here to get started.

Q. Where do I park?
A. The Memphis Cook Convention Center offers three levels of on-site parking and enough space (including handicap) for over 750 vehicles. We'd recommend using the garage entrance on Front Street between Poplar Ave. and Winchester Ave. 

Q. What upcoming events does the Cannon Center have?
A. We host a multitude of events including ballet, opera, pop and jazz concerts, touring theatrical productions, children's theater and more. To see a list of all our upcoming events, click here. 

Q. Where is your box office located?
A. Visit our Box Office at 255 North Main Street, Memphis, TN. 38103. The Cannon Center Box Office is open 12 p.m. - 5 p.m., Monday to Friday and on show days. You can also reach us by phone at 901-576-1269 or 901-576-1200.

Q. Do you offer Will Call and if so, where do I pick up my tickets?
A. Will Call is located at the Cannon Center Box Office and opens 90 minutes prior to event. You must have your actual credit card and picture ID to pick up tickets.

Q. What is your policy on children's tickets?
A. Everyone must have a ticket to enter unless otherwise indicated.
